Sarah Ciavarri, M.Div., PCC, CRA, CDTLF, loves seeing leaders get excited about their futures. Having served as a parish pastor, long term care chaplain, and Vice President of Spiritual Life for a large senior healthcare provider, and now as an executive coach, trainer, and speaker Sarah has helps leaders turn insight into action to recover from burnout and compassion fatigue so that they have more to give to those they lead and serve. Sarah is an author and serves as the Director of Strategic Learning for a $1.25 million grant she co-authored that supports women in rural ministry.
