Minnesota winter weather got you all covered in snow and all frozen stiff?
Think about your facility roofs, they too are covered in snow and all frozen!
Some issues that we can help you with:

    * Shingle Roofs have “Ice Dams” that are getting huge and causing water to back up under your shingles / underlayment, causing interior water damage or that are actually tearing your rain gutters down? We can get those ICE DAMS and rain gutters thawed out by using our steam-genies … just call us!
    * Soil stacks can get all covered with drifted snow and possibly freeze up, which can cause sewer odors to back up into your building space; just think about having to send your working staff and / or students home early or to have to cancel classes entirely for a day or two … we can dig you out and open all your soil stacks!
    * Possibly your internal roof drains are also all covered with drifted snow, they could be even frozen up and not allowing any melted snow water to escape down the drain … we can dig you out and thaw those frozen drains and keep them open the rest of this winter!
    * Do any of your facility roofs have overflow drains that empty on the exterior of your building walls by way of “lamb’s mouth fittings”, well these fittings freeze up almost every winter and cause the water in your drain lines to back up, which with the extra water weight in the drain lines can pull drain line slip couplings apart. All that water inside your offices and / or class rooms won’t be any fun to clean up, not to mention the cost … we can get those frozen lamb’s mouth fittings open and keep them open the rest of the winter!
    * Do any of your facility roofs have overflow scuppers and downspouts that are all frozen up, causing the downspouts to break and / or cause drainage from melting snow to back up and cause interior roof leaks…
