Below are copies of the Committee Meeting Minutes, and the attachements (minus the website aerial maps) that were used to assemble the Contractor RFP packages. 

 

We distributed the packages to the contractors on Monday Ap;ril 13, 2009, and they're ready to walk the sites.  Good luck to all the participents.   Woody
